How the review works

  1. Request: The month's client requests, in the records you provide — email, work orders, request logs.
  2. Proof: Checked for records showing the work was done.
  3. Terms: Compared with the contract and the rate card.
  4. Invoice: Compared with what was billed.
  5. Decide: A Miko reviewer checks each item; your controller decides every charge.
  6. Record: Totals by outcome, the number of requests reviewed, and questions for your billing team.
