After the diagnostic

If building makes sense, setup is $3,500 — brand identity, a rebuilt website, an AI front office and the back-office systems the diagnostic scoped — and we run it for $1,250 a month. If the package doesn't fit, we quote a custom build in writing. If there's little to fix, we'll say so.

What does the diagnostic include?
One week. We trace how calls, leads and follow-up move through your company, find where they fall through and estimate what that costs you, in writing. You get a written report and a walkthrough call.
What happens if we don't go ahead after the diagnostic?
Nothing — the findings are yours to keep and use with anyone. If you do go ahead with setup within 30 days, the $500 is credited in full.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. At the kickoff we ask how calls, leads and follow-up work today and which tools you use. Please don't send passwords or customer records by email — any access we need is arranged with you in writing.
Can I just buy the diagnostic and do the work elsewhere?
Yes. The written findings are yours to keep and use with anyone.
