For staffing firms
Every applicant
gets an answer.
We build and run the AI systems behind your staffing firm — applicants answered at any hour, screened and booked for interviews, client orders and placements in one CRM your recruiters use every day.
Slow replies cost placements.

The system your recruiters work in.
One system from the first application to the placement, built around how your desk already works — and run by us after it ships.
- Applicant intake and follow-up
- Every applicant gets a reply by text or email, is screened against the open orders and is booked for an interview.
- AI voice answering, 24/7
- Calls from applicants and clients answered at any hour, and every one logged to the CRM.
- Client orders and pipelines
- Job orders, submittals and placements in one CRM — applicants, clients and advertising in one place.
- Advertising operations
- Job ads posted and tracked from the same system, so you can see which ones bring applicants in.

“Our applicants, clients and job ads used to live in GoHighLevel and a pile of spreadsheets. Now my recruiters work out of one system, applicants hear back fast, and I can see the whole desk in one place.”
Questions staffing owners ask
Straight answers on cost, setup, and how it works with the tools you already run.
01How much does an AI system for a staffing firm cost?
Three published prices: a $500 diagnostic (one week, credited in full toward setup if you go ahead within 30 days), $3,500 to set it up, and $1,250 a month for us to run it. Larger custom systems, such as a full CRM rebuild, are quoted in writing after the diagnostic.
02Can AI screen and follow up with applicants?
Yes. The system replies to every applicant by text or email, asks your screening questions, checks the answers against your open orders and books qualified applicants for interviews on your recruiters' calendars. Your recruiters still make every hiring decision.
03Does it replace our ATS or CRM?
It can. For Tru Staffing we built a custom CRM that replaced their GoHighLevel setup, with applicants, clients and advertising in one system. If your current system works, we connect to it where it allows; the diagnostic decides which, in writing.
04Is there a guarantee?
Yes. The $500 diagnostic is refunded in full if the written findings aren't useful to you (tell us within 7 days of the walkthrough). Setup is built to the written scope — if it isn't, we fix it at no cost, and refund the setup fee if we can't. And any month a system we run is down longer than your agreement allows is credited in full.
05How long does setup take?
Typically 2–3 weeks after the diagnostic. The diagnostic itself takes one week.
06Who runs the system after it's built?
We do. On the $1,250 monthly plan we run, monitor and improve the systems, move them onto better AI models as they ship, and send you a one-page report each month. Six-month minimum, then 90 days' written notice to cancel.
07What if the diagnostic finds little to fix?
We'll say so. The written findings are yours to keep and use with anyone, whether or not you go ahead.
