Privacy Policy.

This policy explains how Miko Labs Inc. (“Miko Labs,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website (mikolabs.ai) and in connection with our business outreach. It does not cover client engagements, which are governed by the separate agreement signed with each client, nor studio ventures that publish their own terms.

Information we collect

What you give us. Through the contact form: your name, work email, company, what you write and, optionally, which part of Miko it concerns. If you book a fit call, Cal.com collects what its booking form asks — your name, work email, company, role, warehouse system, the kinds of extra work you handle, a rough monthly volume and who decides — and shares it with us. If you arrive via a link we or someone else sent, a short referral code may ride along so we know how you found us.

Business contact information for outreach. We may email people at warehouse and logistics businesses to introduce the Unbilled Work Review. For that we use business information that is publicly available or provided by business-data services: company name and website, a person's name, job title and work email. Every message is reviewed by a person before it is sent. Our outreach identifies Miko Labs and its commercial purpose, includes a valid postal address, and lets you opt out by replying; if you opt out, we keep your email address on a suppression list so you are not contacted again. Our outreach database removes the text of your replies after 90 days; copies in our mailbox and email-sending service are deleted on request.

Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider records standard technical data — IP address, browser type, the pages requested — for security and reliability. Form submissions are also screened by an invisible bot-detection service (Vercel BotID) that classifies whether a request looks automated; it is not used to identify you, and it sets no advertising cookies.

Analytics. We measure aggregate site usage (page views, how far visitors read) with Plausible and with Vercel Web Analytics, our host's built-in measurement. Both are cookieless, store no personal identifiers, and do no cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising pixels of any kind, and the site sets no cookies for tracking.

Kept in your browser. A referral or campaign tag from the link you arrived on sits in your browser's session storage — cleared when you close the tab — so a later form or booking can tell us where you came from. It is never transmitted on its own.

Earlier features. Until October 2026 this site offered an Ops Scan (a first read of sample documents) and a Relay interview. Both are retired. Documents given to the Ops Scan were never stored; for submissions we kept only the shape of each read (document type, field names found or missing, the operation recommended) along with the contact details you sent.

What we load from others. Fonts and 3D graphics are served from our own site. The one exception is the booking calendar on the review page, embedded from Cal.com: its script loads only when you scroll near it, and Cal.com receives that request and whatever you enter if you book a call.

How we use it

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess fit, conduct business outreach, schedule and hold conversations, and operate and secure the site. A person reads every submission. We send one automated email when you write to us: a short receipt confirming your note arrived. There is no marketing newsletter; our outreach emails are individual messages to businesses, each reviewed by a person, and you can opt out of them at any time. We use technical logs to operate and secure the site. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Where it is stored and who helps us

We share information only with the providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes:

• Vercel — website hosting, infrastructure, bot detection on form submissions, and cookieless aggregate site analytics.
• Supabase — the managed database for form submissions, outreach contacts, draft messages, reply text and the suppression list.
• Resend — email delivery: the internal notification to our inbox and the receipt sent to you.
• Plausible — cookieless, aggregate-only site analytics.
• Google Workspace — our mailbox, where replies to you are written.
• Vercel AI Gateway and Anthropic — AI assistance in drafting our outreach emails and researching public business information, configured for zero data retention and no training on your data.
• Instantly — sending our outreach emails and handling opt-outs.
• Cal.com — scheduling, if you book a call.

These providers process data in the United States. Each is bound by its own terms to use the data only to provide the service to us.

Retention

We keep form submissions, booking details and outreach contact details for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential business relationship — and no longer than 24 months after our last contact — and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations; we delete them on request. Suppression-list entries are kept so an opt-out stays honored. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security.

Your rights and choices

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us, and you may object to our use of it. Email contact@mikolabs.ai; we will respond within a reasonable time and, where applicable law sets a deadline, within it. You can use the site without submitting any form.

Security

Submissions travel over encrypted connections and are stored in a database that only our team can access with a server-side key. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to those who need it. Please don't send confidential or privileged records through the forms — if we work together we will set up a secure channel first.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above; material changes will be noted on this page.
