Use of the site

The site is provided for general informational purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it at volume, or use it to send unsolicited or abusive submissions.

No professional relationship

Content on this site is informational and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Submitting a form, or our responding to it, does not by itself create any engagement, contract, or professional relationship. A relationship begins only under a separate signed agreement.

Your submissions

When you submit information through a form, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to share it on behalf of your organization. Please don't send confidential, privileged, or otherwise sensitive material through the forms. How we handle submissions is described in the Privacy Policy.

Work shown on the site

Work is labelled by what it is — pilot, demonstration, sandbox, discovery. Studio initiatives, when announced, are labelled as such and are distinct from client work. Specimens and diagrams are illustrative: their structure is real, their contents are synthetic. Nothing on the site is a representation of results for any particular client.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, drawings, and the Miko Labs name and marks — are owned by Miko Labs Inc. and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as needed to view the site normally. Typefaces are used under their respective licences.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miko Labs Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
