Miko Labs.

Miko Labs builds end-to-end AI systems for owner-operated companies — the front office, the back office and the custom agents in between, designed, built and run by us.

What we do

We build the AI systems a company runs on — front office to back office — then run them: AI voice and chat answering, instant lead follow-up, scheduling, CRM and back-office systems, advertising operations and reporting — and custom agentic systems when a business needs something no package covers. We sell that as an outcome with a named person accountable for it, never as a tool subscription.

Every engagement starts with a paid diagnostic: we find what falls through and estimate what it costs before we sell the fix — and credit the $500 in full if you go ahead within 30 days.

Who uses us

  • Staffing firms. Front- and back-office systems built with agentic development — applicants, clients and advertising in one system your recruiters use every day.
  • Home services. HVAC, plumbing and the trades: calls answered, estimates followed up, finished jobs asked for a review.
  • Owner-operated companies. Wherever calls, leads and paperwork end up on the owner's desk, we build the end-to-end system that takes them off it.

The common thread: an owner-operated company where the owner is the bottleneck. We speak to owners, not IT departments.

How we think about AI

We don't compete with the AI labs. We put their models to work inside your business — and when a better model ships, your systems get better, not obsolete.

The models are our supply chain. What we're accountable for is the result in your business: the calls answered, the leads followed up, the work done.

Who you'll work with

Eric Yun founded Miko Labs in 2026 in Orange County, California. He designs and builds the systems himself, and he's the person you talk to from the first call to the monthly report — accountable for the result.

Questions owners ask

How much does it cost?
Three published prices: the diagnostic is $500, setup is $3,500 one time, and operating the systems is $1,250 a month. Custom builds are quoted in writing after the diagnostic.
What does the diagnostic include?
One week. We trace how calls, leads and follow-up move through your company, find where they fall through and estimate what that costs you, in writing. You get a written report and a walkthrough call.
What happens if we don't go ahead after the diagnostic?
Nothing — the findings are yours to keep and use with anyone. If you do go ahead with setup within 30 days, the $500 is credited in full.
How long does setup take?
Typically 2–3 weeks once the scope is agreed.
What's the contract for the monthly fee?
$1,250 a month, starting when the systems are handed over. Six-month minimum; after that, either side can end it with 90 days' written notice.
Who owns the systems and the data?
Ownership of the systems we build, and who can access your data, are defined per engagement and written into the agreement before anything is built.
What happens when the AI tools improve or change?
Keeping the systems current is part of operating them. When a better model ships, we move your systems onto it as part of running them.
Who will I work with?
Eric Yun, the founder, who designs and builds the systems and is accountable for the result.
